Army Built to Destroy announces gaming community alliance with Adult Gamers Pub

Like ourselves, aGp, a large & growing community of mature gamers (minimum age 25+), share a love of online PC gaming as varied as MMO’s and First Person Shooters. We are delighted to call aGp our friends and allies and together we are building a stronger, more vibrant, more diverse community of like-minded gamers.

AB2D members are also pleased to join aGp on their Ventrilo server which only helps strengthen the friendships and grow the opportunity for all our members to have others to game with across multiple timezones.

We’re pleased to announce that our brand new CoD4 game server went online yesterday, December 20th. Hosted by MyIS and running with 24 public slots we welcome CoD4 players to come join the fun. Our new server IP is 66.135.52.82:28960 based in Dallas, TX.

AB2D is pleased to incorporate PunksBusted.com’s Auto-Master Ban List technology in to our existing Punk Buster enabled Call of Duty 4:Modern Warfare server.

At the time of publishing this article, PsB has over 650 existing bans and numerous MD5 tool checks against CVAR violations and growing! Combined with the existing Punk Buster technology PsB goes a long way to helping eliminate cheaters from our gaming servers.

We are always looking for new members to grow our community! Being a member of AB2D means more than just donning some clan tags. We are a community of friends! We enjoy shooting the breeze on TeamSpeak and participating in forums discussion as well as playing games. The games we play depend on current tastes and trends but there are no hard and fast rules. We are not hardcore so if you are a casual gamer you’ll fit in well here. Do we have hardcore members? Yes a few, and typically they make the core of the community but they are no more valued than the father of two who works 60 hours a week and can only make it online to play once or twice a week.

What kind of person makes an ideal candidate?

Ideally you are aged 18 yrs or older, exhibit maturity both in-game and out of game and most of all enjoy gaming for the fun of it. The core of our members have been playing online games together anywhere from 5 to 10+ years so our only expectations of you are that you respect other members, participate as often as you are able to and fit in as best you can. Do this and you will be shown respect in return.

What games do we play?

Right now? Call of Duty 4:Modern Warfare - However, in the last 2 years our members have enjoyed games as diverse as Rainbow Six Vegas, Ghost Recon, Rome Total War, Medieval II:Total War, Silent Hunter III & IV, Battlefield 2, and Battlefield 2142. We enjoy retro gaming from time to time playing games like Medal of Honor, Call of Duty and Joint Operations:Typhoon Rising. Individually our members have also played MMO’s such as City of Heroes/Villains, World of Warcraft, EQ, Tabula Rasa, and Lord of the Rings Online. As you can see, our tastes are diverse!
